Epoxide modified silicone emulsion

Solubility: easily soluble in water

Properties and Features:
  Nonionic, hydrophilic, self-emulsified epoxide modified silicone emulsion with high effective content, has good water solubility, compatibility and no deemulsification .
  Good affinity to both natural and synthetic fibers such as PES, cotton and flax, can form self-cross film on fabric surface with the help of catalyst and heating.
  Endues treated fabric with durable character of soft, good air permeability, hydrophilicity, slippery and anti-static, especially it imparts anti-pilling property to synthetic fiber.
  Suitable for the soft, slippery and elasticity finishing of PES, cotton and flax fabrics, can be used alone, or can be used in one-bath with durable stiffening resin.

Application Process:
  When used as softener, usual dosage is 2~3g/L.
  Can be used alone or together with durable resin or other softener.
  For pad process, One dip one pad or two dips two pads under room temperature could be applied, dosage: 2~3g/l.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
