Main Composition:
Amino modified organic silicone emulsion

Properties and Features:
 Make solution by ratio 1:5 to 1:8 with iron-free hot water(around 50 degree). After dilution the product will become transparent silicone micro-emulsion, it has good penetration and affinity to fabric.
 Has excellent water solubility, stability and compatibility. It can be used together with nonionic and cationic auxiliaries in one bath.
 It can endue fabric with durable and washing-resistance soft, slippery and elastic handfeel. Different handfeel can be obtained by combinational usage with BUKITEX TF-432 for T/R wool-imitate, Spandex and wool-imitate fabric.
 Silicone spot is not easily occurred for this product

Application Field:
Suitable for all kinds of fabrics to increase their softness, slipperiness and elasticity. It is especially suitable for blends such as Polyester/viscose, Polyester/cotton.

Application Process:
Use hot water(50-60 degree) to dilute TF-431, then running for 20-40mins in agitator.
It can be used in finishing treatment according to normal process.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary trials.

Package & Storage:
120kgs in one plastic drum, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature with hermetic condition.

Attention:
 Suggest not be diluted with too hard water (higher than 100p.p.m counted in CaCO₃ ) to avoid affecting finishing effect.
 The residual alkali on fiber should be rinsed fully to avoid affecting finishing effect.
