Polyamide cationic surfactant

Solubility: soluble in 70 Celsius degree hot water

Properties and Features:
  Used in the finishing of woven or knitted fabrics of 100% cotton or PES, impart fabrics with soft and bulk handle, can remarkably increase the smoothness of treated fabric.
  Easily soluble in 80 Celsius degree hot water, and can be dissolved rapidly at 90 °C .
  With good stability and compatibility. It is stable in bath within pH range 2.0-12.0, has excellent compatibility with other cationic finishing agent.
  Suitable for pad and exhaust process.
  It's also suitable for all kinds of natural or synthetic fibers.
  Features low foaming.

Application Process:
1. Emulsion preparation: put flake into container, then add water to the set concentration(8~10%), increase temperature to 80 Celsius degree, then stir and dissolve it.
2.  Pad process: dosage is 20-40g/L(the prepared emulsion), dry after padding(room temperature).
3.  Exhaust process: dosage is 0.2-0.5% TF-441(o.w.f.)
Temperature: 30-40 Celsius degree
Time: 10-15min

Package & Storage:
PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE or Carboard drum net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
