Properties and Features:
 Suitable for synthetic fiber and natural fiber and their blends.
 Impart fiber with slippery and soft handfeel.
 Can increase the smoothness of fabric, decrease the friction value between fabric thus to improve the sewability of treated fabric.
 Increase the anti-friction value of treated fiber thus to increase the waving intensity of treated yarn, decrease the yarn-broken ratio.
 Will not affect the whiteness and dyeing fastness of treated fabric
 Will not contaminate finishing machine

Application Guidance
 Before application, remember to dissolve the product with water, then put the dissolved emulsion to usage
 The dosage of NP-825 maybe changed according to different kinds of fabric and thickness of fiber.
 For cellulose fiber and it's blends, we recommend dosage as bellow:

Exhaustion Process:
Light color fabric: Polyethylene Softener NP-825 0.5-2.0% (o.w.f.)
40-60 Celsius Degree for 20mins
Deep color fabric: Polyethylene Softener NP-825 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f.)

Padding Process: Polyethylene Softener NP-825 20-30g/L
We recommend to maintain the pH value of working bath between 6.0-8.5. Too low pH value will give birth to white powder.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
