Properties and Features:
Has high whitening effectiveness with slight shade of blue
stable to light, chemical stability is good
With good stability to weak acid, alkali, perborate and hydrogen peroxide.

Application Field:
Suitable for whitening of cotton, polyester/cotton blends peroxide bleaching and whitening in one bath, also suitable for pad process.

Application Process:
1. Exhaust: dosage: 0.1-0.8%( o.w.f) L/R: 1:10-30
Sodium sulfate or salt: 10-20g/L
Temperature X time: 90-100°CX 30-40min, wash, dry.

2. Scouring, peroxide bleaching and whitening in one bath:
Dosage: 0.2-0.8%( o.w.f) Hydrogen peroxide: 5-15g/L
Stabilizer: 1-5g/L NaOH: 2-4g/L
Scouring agent: 0.5-1g/L L/R: 1:10-30
Temperature X time: 90-100°CX 30-40min, wash, dry.
Actual process should be adjusted according to different requirement.

Packing and Storage:
25kgs cupboard drum lined with one plastic bag, stored under cool, dry condition without light.
