Properties and Features( compared with VBL) :
1. Can achieve strong fluorescence and excellent whiteness with low dosage.
2. With good stability to weak acid, alkali, perborate and hydrogen peroxide.
3. Suitable for one bath peroxide bleaching and whitening process.
Application field :
Suitable for whitening cotton , PES/cotton blends, flax and silk , suitable for whitening cotton blends fabric in one bath process.
Application Process :
Dosage: 0.05~0.4%(o.w.f); L/R: 1:5~20; sodium sulfate: 5~20g/L. Dip fabric under room temperature, dyeing at 90~100 ¡æ , run: 10~40min, rinse well, drying, curing.
Actual process should be adjusted according different needs.
Package & Storage :
Packed in cardboard drum net 20kgs , Stored under dry and cool condition without light .
Note:
Make the product into paste with cold water first, then dissolve it with boiling water.
OBA solution should be prepared at time when need to be used immediately, do not let this product exposed to light.
It's recommended to use our peroxide bleaching stabilizer TF-122A instead of sodium silicate during pretreatment and whitening process.
