Properties and Features:
 Has excellent properties of dispersing, emulsifying, wetting and penetrating with low foaming and strong dirt removing power.
 Has excellent property of dirt removing in neutral or weak acid bath for heavily contaminated fabric along with desizing, brightening, anti-aggregation of dyestuff and leveling effects, is an ideal one-bath scouring and dyeing auxiliary for polyester fabric and its blends at high temperature around 130 degree.
 Used to remove oil staining on silk and wool fabric which are alkali sensitive in pre-treatment process.

Application Process:
 One bath scouring and dyeing for polyester fabric:
Normal recipe:
TF-129: 0.5-1.5g/L, high temperature leveling agent, e.g. TF-201(made by TRANSFAR): 0.7-1.0g/L, glacial acetic acid: 0.4-0.6ml/L, dyestuff X %, L/R:1:10-12, raise temperature to 130 degree, then run 20-30 min.
 Cleaning treatment for silk and wool fabric heavily contaminated by oil:
Normal recipe:
TF-129: 0.25-1g/L, L/R: 1:10-30, pH: around 8, run: 20-40 min at 95 degree-98 degree.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
