Properties and Features:
Multifunctional Scouring Agent TF-120B is one kind of multifunctional and eco-friendly pretreating auxiliaries. It is suitable for treating intertexture or blends whose main content is cotton like 100% cotton knitted fabric or Cotton/Lycra. It has special washing-off effect, excellent bleaching stability, excellent anti-creasing effect and low foaming in batch bleaching in Jet machine or overflow machine. Fabric treated by this product features soft handfeeling.

Application Process:
1. General dosage for 100% cotton: 0.8-1.5%(o.w.f.)
2. General dosage for PC: 0.5-1.0%(o.w.f.)
3. Process:
Add water into equipment → add presetted dosage of TF-120B then running for 10 mins → put in fabric → add 2.0-3.5g/L of 100% NaOH → Running for 10 mins → add 6.0-10.0ml/L of 35% H₂O₂ → bleaching for 45-60mins under 98 celsius degree → Cooling → Add water → increase temperature to 80 celsius degree washing 10mins → kickoff → neutralize with acid → kickoff → washing with cold water → Pull fabric out or whitening directly.(Note: Brightening can be dong in one bath with Bleaching, but remember to add OBA after adding H₂O₂. For fabric containing Lycra, stentering for grey fabric is needed. For this kind of fabric the temprature shoud be decreased indirectly to 60 Celsius degree then kickoff.)

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary sampling

Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
