Properties and Features:
 TF-480 has excellent antistatic property. It imparts fabric with excellent hydroscopic, electric conductivity and high soil-resistant properties. It is effective in preventing stains such as dust after treatment.
 It can enhance fabric anti-pilling property for at least 0.5 grades.
 It's compatible with fixing agent and most of silicone oil, will not affect fabric handle and style.
 It's compatible with water repellant. It hardly changes water repellency.
 Compare with antistatic agent the kind of quaternary ammonium salt, it hardly changes color, there's no stripping or yellowing effect.

Application field:
Suitable for antistatic finishing of PES, PAN, PA, wool and their blends, and it improves fabric anti-pilling property.
Suitable for antistatic treatment during synthetic fiber spinning and weaving process.

Application method:
Pad process: 5-30g/l (up to 30g/l if used for anti-pilling)
1 dipping 1 nipping. Just follow normal process for drying and curing.
In case the treated fabric followed by washing or re-dyeing, then the fabric need to be re-treated by TF-480, for it's poor washing fastness.
Please make trials before production for adequate process.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
