Low Temperature Defoaming Agent TF-508C

Main Composition:
Complex substance of organic silicone modified emulsion

Properties:
Appearance: off-white viscous liq.
Ionic character: nonionic
Effective content (%): 12.0-15.0
pH (1% aqueous solution): 7.5-9.5 Viscosity(40 ? , mPa.S) 50~150

Features:
  TF-508C is defoaming agent developed specially for aqueous phase.
  Quick and durable effect with low dosage, also has remarkable foam-inhibiting effect.
  Mainly used in aqueous phase with temperature lower than 100 °C .

Application Field:
Can be used in textile dyeing and printing, paper making industry and waste water treatment for defoaming or foam inhibition.

Application Process:
Dilute TF-508C with 10~30 times water or the solution treated, then add it into the solution need to be defoamed, the dosage of TF-508C will be varied in different application fields.

For example:
Resin or printing paste defoaming: 0.1g/L
Cotton fabric scouring: 0.2~0.5g/L
Cotton fabric cold-pad-batch: 1.0~1.5g/L
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to corresponding preliminary trials.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
