Content of solid (%): 12.0-13.0
Solubility Easily soluble in water

Properties and Features:
 Possess excellent hydrophility, quick-drying and ati-static property
 Impart fabric with bulky and soft hand-feel. The effect will be better if the process is exhaustion after dyeing or padding after dyeing.
 Possess excellent soil release property
 Excellent washing resistance
 In one-bath dyeing process, this product can increase the penetrating and lubricating property of treated fabric, prevent treated fabric from floating, knotting and creasing

Application Field:
Suitable for Polyester, Acetate, Nylon and it's blends.

One-bath dyeing

Exhaustion after dyeing

Padding after dyeing

0.5-3.0% o.w.f.

1.0-4.0% o.w.f.

Process

Baking at 130-170 Celsius degree after dyeing

Exhausted for 20-30mins at 50-70 Celsius degree, baking at 130-170 Celsius degree

Baking at 130-170 Celsius degree after padding

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under hermetic condition.
