Features:
TG-521B imparts excellent durable water and oil repellency to nearly all type of fabrics even low concentration..
TG-521B can be cured at low temperature for micro fiber..
TG-521B is compatible with other textile finishing agent.
TG-521B is non-flammable.
It is one kind of environment-friendly water and oil repellent, free of APEO.

Application guide for TG-521B

A) Standard recipe
1. Pad formulations
Substrate concentration
Cotton 20-40g/L
Polyester/cotton 20-30g/L
Polyester 5-10g/L
Nylon 20-30g/L

2.1 dipping and 1 nipping (wet pick up of 40-70%) are suggested.

3. Dry and cure conditions
Drying: 80-100 °C for 1-2 min
Curing: 150-160 °C for 0.5-1 min

B) Durable recipe
1. For Polyester, Nylon
TG-521B 50g/L
Melamine*resin 3g/L *ex.Trimethylol melamine
Accelerator 1g/L
1 dipping and 1 nipping
Wet pick up 40-70%
Drying: 80-100 °C for 1-2 min
Curing: 150-160 °C for 0.5-1 min

2. For Cotton, Cotton/polyester Blend
TG-521B 30-50g/L
Blocked isocyanate** 10-20g/L
Catalyst 0-1g/L
1 dipping and 1 nipping
Wet pick up 50-70%
Drying: 80-100 °C for 1-2 min
Curing: 150-160 °C for 1-3 min
**ex. BN-69, MDI bis(2-gutanone oxime) adduct
BN-11, HDI isocyanurate tris(2-gutanone oxime) adduct
SC-940, MDI bis(2-butanone oxime) adduct

Note:
. Keep the pH range of padding bath at 3-7 to obtain maximum water and Oil repellency. If it changes to over 8, please add some quantities of acetic acid.

. When fugitive wetting agent (such as isopropy1 alcohol or isobuty1 alcohol) is used, it is essential that the alcohol must be thoroughly dissolved and dilute before any other bath components are added.

Package & Storage:
Packed in iron drum net 60kgs lined with plastic drum, can be stored for one year under room temperature.
