Main Composition:
Moified dioxy methyl dihydroxyl ethylene carbamide

Solubility easily soluble in water

Properties and Features:
1. Excellent shrinkproof, anticreasing and iron-free effect to cotton, viscose and their blends
2. Good anticreasing effect will be remained even after serveal washing
3. Very low content of Formaldehyde( < 75ppm ) can be obtained with suitable process
4. Good compatibility, can be used together with most softner, stiffener and OBA in one bath
5. Small effect to color shade, whiteness, strength and color fastness of treated fabric

Dosage of Catalyst: 13-18% agaisnt the dosage of easycare TF-650
Process:
Prepare working bath→ one dip one pad( or two dips two pads)→ Pre-drying for 1-2mins under 100-120 degree→ Curing for 1-1.5mins under 170-180 degree.
For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary trials.
Notes: Before easycare finishing, please make sure the fabric has been neutrlized. If the surface of fabric appears alkali, use acid to neutralize fabric to neutrality. If customer use TF-650 with Catalyst with mixture, we recommend to make mixture when it is needed and use it up one time.

Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature, avoid exposure to sunshine.
