Property and Features:
An ideal optical brightening agent for polyester its blends with strong fluorescence, high whitening performance at low dosage.

Application field:
Mainly used in whitening of polyester fabric and its blends as well as nylon and acetate fiber.

Application Process:
1. Pad-thermosol process:
Dosage: 1~3g/L
Procedure: two dips and two pads(pick-up: 70%) ? dry(100 °C ) ? cure(180-200 °C , 20-30s)
Attention: Fabric must be rinsed thoroughly after pretreatment to ensure there are no residues of alkali on fabric.
2. Exhaust process
Dosage: 0.1-0.3%(o.w.f)
L/R: 1:10-30
temperature: 80-140°C
time: 30-60min
pH: 6.0-13.0 Actual process should be adjusted according the preliminary tries.

Package and storage:
3.5kgs in one plastic drum, 4 drums to one carton, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature.

Special remind:
 Stir the product thoroughly and weigh it accurately before using.
 Remember to rinse the fabric thoroughly to ensure there are no residues of alkali on fabric after whitening under alkali condition.
  If dyeing fabric under low temperature with exhaust process, the fabric should be cured under high temperature to ensure full developing of its whiteness. The closer of exhaust temperature to 130-135°C , the better whiteness will be obtained.
  The actual temperature for exhaust dyeing should be tested.
