Optical Brightening Agent CPS-D

Main Component : Stilbene derivative

Property and Features:
1.A very high whiteness can be obtained with low Conc. of CPS-D. It will develop under high, medium and low temperature. It's an ideal OBA which can develop under low temperature.
2.It's suitable for pad-thermosoling, high temperature and high pressure exhaustion, low temperature adsorption thermofixing.
3. Can be used in one-bath Alkali and peroxide bleaching for Polyester/Cotton, Polyester/flax

Application field:
Mainly used in whitening of polyester fabric and its blends under high, medium and low temperature.

Application Process:

1. Pad-thermosol process:
Dosage: 0.3~1.5g/L
Procedure: two dips and two pads(pick-up: 70%) → pre-dry(100 °C ) → cure(180-200°C , 20-30s)

2. Exhaust process
Dosage: 0.1-0.2%(o.w.f) Whiteness can be continuously enhanced with increasing the dosage more than 0.2%(o.w.f.), but please care the shade will be more bluish/purplish
L/R: 1:10-30 pH: 5.0-13.0
temperature: 98-100 → (low temperature) × 30~60min → rinsing → drying → curing
120-130 → (high temperature) × 30~60min → rinsing → drying → curing
Actual process should be adjusted according the preliminary tries.

Package and storage:
3.5kgs in one plastic drum,4 drums to one carton, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature.

Special remind:
Stir the product thoroughly before using.
Do not dissolve together with high concentrated alkali.
