  Using VOC-free emulsion as binder which is prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization technology, modification of internal plasticizer with grafting technique and micro-fine techniques, adding various low-VOC and high-efficiency water-borne chemical special additives after strict screen, low surface energy materials, rutil-type titanium dioxide and fillers, this interior wall latex paint does not add film forming assistant, anti-freeze admixture and other harmful VOC. It is odorless and scrubbing resistant, which provide people with comfortable and satisfied living environment.

Application:

  It could be painted in concrete, cement mortar, mineral cotton building material and wooden structure. It especially adapted to interior wall coating of house, hotel and hospital, etc.

Construction Parameter:

  Appearance of Coating Film: White, Matte

  Theoretic amount: 10-12m²/kg(one coat).

  Thinner: Water. The Maximum dilution proportion 20%.

  Scrubbing Resistance: More than 5000 times.

  Paint Interval: no less than 6h.

Application technology:

  Surface Treatment:

1.The painted surface must be clean, no stain and mud. If find any wall crack, mend it immediately in guarantee for clean, dry and flat wall surface.

2. Repainted wall surface should wipe out loose coating film, clean up chalking matter and impurity, scrape and grind, then wash and dry out.

3. Water content is less than 10%, PH value is smaller than 9.

4. When PH value is more than 9, brush one or two coats required primer due to actual fact.

  Construction Method: spray coating and roller coating.

  Tool cleaning: water.

Storage Requirement:

This product is safe and nonpoisonous, is non-dangerous good. Avoiding severe cold and exposing under sunlight. The storage life is 24 months in storeroom under 5-35^oC.
