DETERGENT FOR POLYESTER TF-101K

Main Composition:

Complex substance of surfactant and inorganic salt

Properties and Features:

TF-101 has specific oil-removing effect on polyester fabric or other fabrics due to its excellent properties of wetting, dispersing, emulsifying with low foaming. It also has the concurrent effect of desizing and scouring that could improve fabrics whiteness and handle, and shorten the processing time needed. It can also eliminate the oil and aggregation on dyeing or printing equipment.

Application Field:

Mainly used to remove oil in pretreatment of polyester fabric , as well as for oil-removing, scouring, desizing, cleaning of other fabrics and as detergent for dyeing or printing equipment.

Application Process:

Used in pretreatment of various kinds of fabrics:

1. Jig machine

TF-101K:           0.4-3g/L

pH:               12-13(for polyester fabric),11-12(cotton or flax), 9-10(for silk or wool)

Temperature:  120-130(for polyester fabric), 95-98(for other fabric)

Running time:      10-60 min

2. Open-width machine

TF-101K:           2-4g/L    NaOH   0-5g/L(According to different kinds of fabrics)

Temperature:  120-130(for polyester fabric), 95-98(for other fabric)

Running time:      10-60 min

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:

Carton net 28kgs containing 14 bags each 2kgs, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.
