Properties and Features:

1.         Transparent organic silicone micro-emulsion with good penetrating and affinity to fabric.

2.         Good water solubility, stability and compatibility, can be used together with nonionic and cationic auxiliaries.

3.         Endues fabric with durable character of bulk, soft, elasticity, full, good air permeability and wrinkle recoverability.

4.         Minimum silicone oil spot on fabrics, avoid sticking to pad roll and influence to tearing-strength.

5.         Can be used in pad or exhaust process conveniently

Application Field:

Suitable for enhancing smoothness and repulsion elasticity for most fabrics, especially suitable for polyester fabric, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/viscose rayon.

Application Process:

Used for finishing of fabric, can be operated as usual process, for example: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads, then dry at 100, then cure at 130~180 for 30 seconds. Suggested dosage is 10~30g/L. For exhaust process, run for 15~30 min under room temperature, then dehydrating and curing, suggested dosage is 2~4%(o.w.f)

For actual application, the process should be adjusted according to correspondent preliminary tries.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 120kgs, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.

Attention:

1.         Suggest not be diluted with too hard water (higher than 100p.p.m counted in CaCO₃) to avoid decreasing treating effect.

2.         The residual alkali should be rinsed fully to avoid decreasing treating effect.
