SOFTENER FLAKE TF-443B

polyamide cationic surfactant

solubility:             soluble in 30 warm water.

Features and properties:    

1. Suitable for finishing of pure cotton or PES/cotton woven fabric and knitted fabric, it imparts fabric with soft and bulk handfeel.

2. Can obviously improve fabric smoothness, with low yellowing.

3. Its readily soluble, dip in water of 30 for 60 to 90min,can be dissolved very well, and if raise temperature to 50 then it can be dissolved in 10min.

4. Extreme low foam, after dissolving theres almost no foam.

5. Universal for both exhaustion and padding.

6. Also suitable for all other kinds of natural and synthetic fiber.

Application method:  

1. Emulsion preparation: 5∼10% of softener flake, add water to set volume, raise temperature to 30 and stir, can be dissolved easily. If raise to 60, the it will be dissolved rapidly.

2. Padding process: dosage 20∼40g/l (the prepared emulsion), dip and nip at room temperature, then drying.

3. Exhaustion process:

dosage 0.2∼0.5% TF-443(o.w.f)

time: 10∼15min

Package & Storage:

PP bag net 25kgs lined with PE or Carboard drum net 25kgs lined with PE, can be stored for 12 months under dry, cool and ventilated condition.
