Properties and Features:

1.       Peroxide keller TF-160 is single-minded to de-compose peroxide to water and oxygen.

2.       Help to save water, just one time cold water washing is needed with usage of this product. Furthermore, it can be used in one bath dyeing.

3.       Help to shorten processing time, Bio-cleansing to peroxide can be finished within 10 to 20 mins.

4.       Help to save energy, no heating is needed in process with this chemical.

5.       It can help to get rid of Peroxide compeletly, itself is no harmful to dyestuff and fabric, so it can help to achieve safe dyeing.

6.       TF-160 de-composes peroxide to water and oxygen instead of sulfate or Nitrogenous salt, help to achieve greenery process.

Application Field:

Suitable for Bio-cleansing for Peroxide in all kinds of equipments.

Application Instruction:

Kick off bleaching bath after bleaching,turn-off steam,going through one time cold water washing (with acid), then going through cleansing with peroxide killer TF-160 or no need of cold water washing with acid, directly going through cleansing with acid and peroxide killer

1.       Dosage : Batch process: 0.05-0.1 g/L; Continous process: 0.5-3 g/L.

2.       Temperature: 20-50Celsius degree (25-30 degree is best, normal temperature is recommended)

3.       PH range: 6-8, 6.5-7.5 is best

4.       Running time: 10-20 mins

Note: when the concentration of peroxide is above 1000PPM, THE POWER OF TF-160 wo;; be decreased.
