Appearance: 
Slight yellow powder

Property: 
1. With bluish violet color
2. Soluble in soft water as much as 80 times weight, 300ppm in hard water
3. Anionic type, alkali endurable, can be used in one bath of anionic and nonionic surfactant
4. To be unendurable ion of copper and iron, etc. Unsuitable to be used in cationic dyestuff and surfactant

Application: 
1. Whitening agent for cellulose base fiber and cotton fabric
2. Whitening agent for white pattern in discharge printing of cotton fabric
3. Brightening agent for light colored cellulose base fiber

Process: 
1. Exhausting whitening process:
VBL: 0.05-0.3% (o.w.f.), bath ratio: 1:5-30, dyeing temperature: 400C-1000C; Na2SO4: 0-10g/l, start temperature: 300C, heating rate: 1-20C/min, keep the temperature at 50-1000C for 20-40min, then lower to 50-300C → wash  → dry (1000C)  →setting (1200C-1500C) x  1-2 min (add proper amount leveling agent according to the leveling effect)
2. Padding process:
VBL: 0.5-3g/l, residue liquor ratio: 100%, one dip and nip  →  dry (1000C
) → setting (1200C-1500C) x 1-2 min
