Fluorocarbon Modified Elastic Latex Paint for Exterior Wall

Product Introduction:

  Using fluorocarbon modified acrylate copolymer emulsion as binder, this latex paint for exterior wall has high elongation, could cover fine cracks of wall. It has excellent water-proof and stain-resistance, takes great mould-resistance, algae-resistance and ultraviolet resistance. As high-grade coating products for exterior wall, it has excellent durability and anti-crack ability

Application:

It is extensively used to paint surface of office buildings and high-rise buildings.

Features:

Construction Parameter:

  Appearance of Coating Film:   White or any other color, silk gloss

  Theoretic amount: 7m²/kg (one coat, actual dosage relates to thickness and color).

  Elongation: greater than 200% (under standard condition)

  Dilution: Water, Max. Dilution proportion is 10% of white or light color coating. Deep color is no dilution.

  Paint Interval: no less than 6h.

Application technology:

  Surface Treatment:

1.The painted surface must be flat, firm, cleaning and dry.

2. New cement wall be conserved at least 28 days, the water content should be below 10% and PH value should be less than 10 to deal with. If beyond 10, use 5% oxalic acid solution clears the wall surface.

3. If the painted surfaces existing coating has been loose, chalking, peeling should be clean up and use water-resistance putty level the wall surface, then grind flat.

4. Using bleaching powder wash the mildew-growing wall again and again, clear away mildew completely, then wash it with clear water. Then brush the wall after surface been dry.

  Construction Method:  brush coating, roller coating.

Storage Requirement:

This product is safe and nonpoisonous, is non-dangerous goods. Avoiding severe cold and exposing under sunlight. The storage life is 12 months in storeroom under 5-35^oC
